Save Me From This Planet!


ALRIGHT! BIG UPDATE!

It's about time I pushed an update with all the new and fun additions that I have been working on.

Gameplay:

- A save system! At the start of each day, the game will save. If you die however, you will be forced to restart... Maybe. Unless you close before hitting the restart button. There will be a better system for this, but for now, this is how I have it.
- The recharge rate is now even. You no longer need to stop to recharge faster.
- Many new upgrades! - New structures!
- A New BLASTER! It will become available as you go further into the game! And no worries, there will be more to do with the gun and more upgrades for it!
- A slight change to how Navi-gator works. You will need to listen to him now when you start a new-new game, but it saves what he has said so far, so you shouldn't need to listen to him again.
- The OVERCLOCK module builds structures SLIGHTLY faster. I will add ways to improve this eventually though.
- The camera now pans if you boost in a direction to give more view. This may need a little more fiddling with, but it has already saved me from running into enemies a few times already.
- A nice little atmospheric vignette when in the woods. I will only improve upon this more using a lighting system I found!
- I will add an actual options soon!


Enemies:

- Robots run away from enemies at night, so you shouldn't lose any when that happens.
- Timed enemy approaches based on certain variables. Pay attention to the smoke!
- New enemy type- the Spore! If you do not take care of this flying fiend, it will overrun your base! They of course still need more testing, but they are currently in a decent position, though they will change as more of the game changes.
- Currently, enemies do not have a "bursting from cocoon" animation. This will be added later.
